Painting and Finishing.

We offer a full screen printing and labelling service including the ability to produce artwork from all common file formats. We also have the ability create and produce artwork for customers who are unable to provide electronic copies.

We also offer fantastic finishing capabilities. Alocrom or Chromate Coating Service, gives aluminium an iridescent protective finish approved to UK and US standards and by all major aircraft manufacturers. This can be offered as a stand alone service if needed. To further extend the services on offer, Formrite have expanded their plant to include ‘Paint Shop’, ‘Stove Enamelling’ and ‘Powder Coat’ facilities. This enables us to have ultimate control over quality and delivery times and also means we are able to give a more competitive price. These facilities have been granted approval by local leading Aerospace companies.

Quality Control

Formrite operates ISO9001:2008 and has invested in the latest computer controlled inspection equipment ensuring that the stringent company Quality Policy is constantly upheld. All articles produced by Formrite are inspected for the accuracy of production and the quality of finishing, before despatch. The specification required by the customer is always firmly established before manufacture and no products leave the workshop unless the specification is met or exceeded. This is why Formrite is approved by the Aerospace industry.
